The Edge: Bench & Bowl Scraper
Only $65 to get free shipping.
Artisan Wooden Bench & Bowl Scraper
Note: There is a 2 week lead time.
Designed and crafted in North Idaho, our artisan bench and bowl scrapers are designed with both beauty and function in mind. Made from fine-quality hardwoods—Maple, Cherry, Walnut, and the stunning naturally purple Purpleheart—each scraper is a versatile tool you’ll reach for every time you bake.
The curved edge is carefully, mathematically designed based off the Fibonacci sequence to fit any bowl between 5–12 inches in diameter, ensuring a seamless scrape no matter what vessel you’re working with. Use it to:
-
Pull dough from your bowl before shaping
-
Scrape out sticky remnants with ease
-
Cut and portion dough
-
Shape dough on your work surface
-
Clean your counter or “bench” when you’re done
We created this tool to simplify sourdough baking. Instead of juggling multiple scrapers for different tasks, this one replaces them all—saving time, space, and hassle while bringing elegance to your baking routine.
Durable, ergonomic, and crafted from real hardwood, each scraper is not only a workhorse in the kitchen but also a beautiful heirloom piece built to last.
Please keep in mind:
Grain patterns, color tones, and small organic markings can vary widely, which is part of what makes each tool truly one-of-a-kind.
Your item will not look identical to the one shown in our photos or on social media.
Natural variation is normal and gives each piece its own character and story.
