Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is made by hand in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA, and we ship worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll email you.

Domestic shipping (U.S.)
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout. We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by carrier.

International shipping
We ship internationally; rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. These fees are set by your country's customs office, not by Wire Monkey.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
Once a package leaves our hands we can't control what the carrier does, but we won't leave you stranded. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us right away — we'll help you file a carrier claim and sort out a fix. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we're not able to cover packages sent to an incorrect address.
