We want you to love your lame. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start
Email returns@wiremonkey.com with your order number and what you'd like to do (return, exchange, or replacement). We'll reply with instructions and, for U.S. orders, a prepaid return label — returns cost you nothing to send back.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of razor blades or any opened food-contact items. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method (or issue store credit if you prefer). Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International returns
We're happy to help with international returns; return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility. Email us first and we'll guide you.
