Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another email when your order ships.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. We don't offer in-store pickup.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the U.K., and a select list of other countries, all by USPS. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we don't ship there directly, but you can buy from one of our stockists.
We no longer ship directly to Europe
Buyers in Europe were being asked to pay import VAT, customs duty, and post office handling fees when their package arrived, and on some orders that topped €50. That's not a fair surprise for anyone, so we've stopped shipping directly to the EU, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland. Our European stockists carry Wire Monkey tools, so you can still get them without import fees at your door.
Canada and U.K. orders: import fees
Our prices and shipping charges don't include import taxes. Your local post office collects them before it delivers your package.
- Canada: Canadian sales tax at your province's rate (5% to 15%), plus Canada Post's CAD 9.95 handling fee.
- U.K.: 20% VAT, plus Royal Mail's £8 handling fee (£12 if Parcelforce delivers).
Rather skip the fees? Our stockists in Canada and the U.K. carry Wire Monkey tools.
Other countries
Your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. These are set by your country's customs office, not by Wire Monkey.
Unclaimed packages
If a package isn't claimed and is returned to us, we'll refund the merchandise only, not the shipping.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, email support@wiremonkey.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
Returns and exchanges
See our Return and Refund Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and Wire Monkey pays return shipping.
