Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get another email when your order ships.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. We don't offer in-store pickup.
International shipping
We ship to many countries. If you don't see yours at checkout, please try one of our international stockists instead. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), charged once your shipment reaches its destination country. Wire Monkey LLC isn't responsible for these charges; they're the customer's responsibility. In some countries, such as the U.K., customs will contact you to collect VAT and arrange pickup. If a package isn't claimed and is returned to us, we'll refund the merchandise only, not the shipping.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, email support@wiremonkey.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
Returns and exchanges
See our Return and Refund Policy. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and Wire Monkey pays return shipping.
