The BreadMat is a reusable, non-stick replacement for parchment paper, shaped to fit most popular baking vessels. Lower your dough in, bake, and lift the loaf out clean, with no sticking and no wasted parchment.
The V2 version has a 9 inch round baking area. The C model is designed to fit in a Challenger or similar baking pan.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It's made from certified food-safe silicone and can withstand up to 500F, though we recommend using it up to 475F to maximize longevity.
The BreadMat reduces dark spots and encourages even baking on the bottom of your loaf. If it's still too dark, place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack as a heat shield to protect the mat and reduce darkening.
